Payment terms and payment dates will be detailed prior to confirming order and must be adhered to.

The contract is formed after first payment has been paid and is subject to these terms and conditions.

Any changes to the final dimensions or specification will be subject to an extra charge.


6. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for 90 days. 

Outsourced Goods including but not limited to appliances, sinks and taps, Inspired range products are subject to change and we reserve the right to vary prices of such prior to order confirmation.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit/payment.

We reserve the right to decline an order.


7. Delivery & Installation

Lead times vary depending on a number of factors as such estimated delivery and installation timeframes will be confirmed prior to confirming order.


Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. supplier issues, will be communicated to the customer immediately and we will do our upmost to rectify to the best of our ability and/or offer a suitable resolution. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the site is prepared for delivery and installation to commence.


It is the customers responsibility to provide access to the property and parking facilities at or close to the property for unloading/loading for the duration of the works including organising any permits if applicable.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all goods required to complete installation that are not being supplied by The Company are on-site prior to installation commencing, so as not to cause a delay.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure relevant trades organised by the customer are booked to coincide with installation so as not to cause installation delays.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure the property and goods are safe and secure during works when we are not on site.

We will not be liable for any damage to goods of furniture caused by others during installation and additional cost will be incurred to rectify any such damage.


Where the confirmed delivery and installation date is delayed by the customer we cannot guarantee to meet any requests by the customer for a revised date, instead we will rebook in our schedule for the next available, suitable date and full payment will be required. In this circumstance it is the customers responsibility to provide storage for the furniture and products or incur storage costs, if applicable. The company will not be liable for any damage of stored items no matter how caused.


Force Majeure

We cannot be liable for any delays or failure to perform any of it’s obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics or large scale medical emergencies, strikes, lock-outs, accidents, war, fire, the act of omission of government, highway authorities or any telecommunications carrier, operator or administration or other competent authority, or the delay or failure in manufacture, production or supply by third parties of equipment or services and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations after notifying the other party of the notifying the other party of the nature and extent of such events. 



8. Cancellations & Refunds

As all orders are made to individual requirements, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation of the order and refunds are not permitted. Statutory right of cancellation does not apply to orders which are made to measure or in any way cut or altered to your requirements.


If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will take the necessary action to rectify/and or replace. If the product 

If custom or bespoke orders are faulty, The Company reserve the right to take corrective action, which may involve the return of the faulty item to our workshop for repair.


Any non-made to or special-order goods which are off the shelf or stocked by the supplier (i.e. sinks, taps, appliances) that the customer wishes to return or exchange due to change of mind will be subject to the manufacturers discretion and may be subject to returns/handling charges.


Retention of Title

Title to the goods shall remain vested in The Company and shall not pass to the customer until the price of the goods has been paid in full and The Company’s obligations have been fully carried out.


Until title to the goods passes The Company have the authority to retake, or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods, including entering onto private land and physically retaking and removing, even if fitted goods doing as little damage as possible but not to be liable for any damage so caused.


9. Warranty & Guarantees

We offer comprehensive after sales care and all products are subject to warranty period and guarantee according to the individual manufacturer’s terms (e.g. appliances, sinks, taps etc). 


Our warranty for our furniture and worktops applies to the person who made the purchase and is not transferrable. Specific warranty details will be range and material dependant but all such furniture warranties are a minimum of 10 years covering manufacture or product defect. Natural Products

Wood is natural product and has all manner of colour variations, we try our very best to colour match as much as possible, however we cannot guarantee any replication of colour and grain pattern from piece to piece.


Natural stone such as granite, quartzite and marble are subject to batch and colour variations, imperfections and size variations to samples, unless the goods are faulty, we cannot accept liability for such variances.


Painted furniture

We colour match our paint to any colour of your choice, whilst every effort is made to get a match, slight variations in sheen and material may result in an element of visible variation of colour.


10. Limitation of Liability


Your company’s liability for damages and losses.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including but not limited to, images, text and designs is owned by The Company and cannot be copied without The Company’s express written permission.
